About
Mauricio Nichterwitz is Partner of the Infrastructure & Capital Projects area at Deloitte Touche Tomahtsu and Technical Director of the Brazilian Planning Association (Abraplan). He has over 12 years of experience in engineering and construction projects, 3 certifications in project management (projects, risks and planning), an MBA in construction management and was one of the authors of the book Opinions of Engineering by AACE. He is also a participant from the Communities for Business Advancement of AWP and Project Controls/Risks of the Construction Industry Institute (CII).
Mauricio has gained experience in projects in various sectors such as Transmission, Nuclear Generation, Hydroelectric, Windpower, Steel, Pulp & Paper, Industrial Products, Lithium Extraction and Mining.
He is passionate and has extensive knowledge of tools and methodologies aimed at increasing predictability, productivity and confidence in capital projects.
