Your Pathway to Mastering Project Timelines

Have you ever felt lost trying to uncover the true critical path of your completed projects? The elusive as-built critical path has long been a point of contention and mystery for project management professionals. Yet, the reality is far more accessible and manageable than many realize.

In our groundbreaking session at the PMI Global Congress 2010, we revealed that the as-built critical path isn’t just a myth—it’s a tangible, valuable tool that thrives with the right approach. This insight paves the way for the innovative concept of the Algorithmic As-Built Schedule, a strategy designed to transform how you perceive and utilize as-built schedules.

This transformative approach leverages data from fully progressed updates, offering a clear, algorithm-driven pathway through the complexities of project timelines. It promises to enhance the precision of project analysis and planning, making the seemingly intangible aspects of as-built schedules not only visible but valuable.

By embracing the Algorithmic As-Built Schedule, you’re not just adapting to a new method; you’re stepping ahead into a realm where project outcomes can be analyzed and understood with unprecedented clarity. This session is tailor-made for analysts, project managers, and any professional eager to explore the forefront of project scheduling techniques.

Join us as we delve into the practicalities and benefits of this method, which is poised for inclusion in the next revisions of standards in ASCE 67-17, RP 29R-03, and the SCL Protocol. Discover how this innovative approach can revolutionize your project analyses, offering clarity, efficiency, and enhanced control over your project timelines.
