How to Effectively Control Portfolio of Projects with Limited Budgets?

Successful project portfolio management requires ongoing efforts from every aspect of the business, including cost management.

The challenges can include creating a fit for purpose reporting catalogue that accommodates the proper management of smaller budgets with a small margin of error. This will be multiplied by as many projects as there are in a given portfolio, while also making it trackable as frequently as needed.  Combining this with a larger number of stakeholders can present complexities in adapting to different project management styles, reporting needs or stakeholder requirements.
