The following terms and conditions apply to all aspects of the Project Control Summit (the “Event”) and projectcontrolsummit.com (the “Site”). By completing your registration or purchasing tickets, you agree to these terms and conditions.
The Site and Event are owned by Project Control Academy, part of Excellence Accelerators LLC.
These terms may be updated periodically. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you via email or through the Site. Your continued use of the Site or participation in the Event constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
The information provided on the Site and at the Event is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or other professional advice. Attendees should seek independent professional advice tailored to their specific circumstances.

This includes, without limitation, liability for any direct or consequential losses arising from such errors.
By registering on the Site or purchasing a ticket for the Event, you agree to receive communications from Project Control Academy and Project Control Summit regarding related products and services. For details on how your data is used, please review our privacy policy.
The content of the Site and Event, including all information, graphics, code, text, and design, is the intellectual property of Project Control Academy and Project Control Summit unless otherwise stated. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
Our events are intended for professionals only. Unauthorized solicitation or distribution of materials by non-exhibitors or non-sponsors is prohibited. Any person providing false information, credentials, or violating event policies may be excluded or removed from the Event. This decision is at the sole discretion of the organizers.
Filming by the organizers or approved third parties may occur during the Event. By attending, you consent to the use of any footage in which you may appear for promotional or other purposes. No person under the age of 18 will be admitted during the Event.
Only Corporate Partner packages come with guaranteed reserved tables in the main conference hall. However, group registrations of 6 or more may also receive a reserved table and will qualify your company as a Corporate Partner.
Please note that the Corporate Partnership Pro packages do not include complimentary Awards Dinner Gala or Social Event tickets unless they are added to your order or purchased separately. Similarly, the Corporate Project Powerhouse Package does not include complimentary Social Event tickets unless purchased separately.
Once your corporate partnership package or group registration is paid, we will reach out to gather the names, emails, and additional information for each attendee in your group. After we receive this information, we will prepare and send each attendee their conference ticket via email.
Please be aware that Corporate Partnership Packages and Group Registrations are final and non-refundable once purchased. All Awards Dinner Gala and Social Event tickets bought as part of a Corporate Partnership Package or Group Registration are also non-refundable. However, if you need to reassign a ticket to a different team member, transfers are allowed until April 5, 2025. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing by this date, as no transfers will be processed after the deadline, and none will be allowed onsite. If a group member is unable to attend or does not show up at the conference, we cannot provide refunds or credits.
