Kelly Gregory brings 3 decades of diverse experience in the Energy business and 22 years of experience at Chevron, currently serving as the Workforce Management Implementation Lead in Organizational Capability at Chevron.

The exceptional business value of ~$42MM is the initial target captured with her focus to improve Major Capital Projects’ organizational leadership capabilities and competencies for multi-billion dollar portfolios.

As a master Change Agent, she delivers outstanding performance results by problem-solving to simplify and change outcomes – to achieve efficiencies, consistency, and predictability with better capital project execution.

Kelly is also serving on the board of directors of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), Houston Chapter, enhancing the success of women in construction and assisting in the development of the current and future women leaders in construction.
