Frank Bangilan provides and implements digital transformation solutions that improve every aspect of the asset management lifecycle. He brings deep asset management and project controls expertise focused on large-scale IT projects, digital solutions, and project optimization.
Frank has performed a variety of roles to lead and support the delivery of large projects and programs. His blend of functional, technological, and industry knowledge has allowed him to serve as the systems integrator for project controls solutions on capital projects, shutdowns, turnarounds, and outages (STO), and routine maintenance throughout the construction, energy, chemicals, utilities, and mining industries.
Frank’s experience in project delivery, coupled with a people-centered IT transformation approach, has enabled him to help organizations minimize delays, maximize field productivity, and improve the capital efficiency of project portfolios and operations.
