Jim Ellis is a globally respected senior corporate executive with over 45 years of international and visionary strategic and operational leadership with DuPont, SABIC, and Microsoft. Throughout his career, Jim has served in executive leadership roles including Corporate Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Technology Commercialization, Business Development, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Capital Project Portfolio Development and Execution Management. He has an excellent track record of delivering and sustaining business, project, and operating results at global scale.

Today, Jim serves as a senior executive advisor with McKinsey, providing consulting and advisory support to clients at the intersection of capital projects, data centers, and other industry verticals. In addition, Jim is CEO of ELLISIAN and CorePhase, where he leads his team in providing executive advisory and project management (PMC) services to global clients in the development and execution of capital projects and operations for data centers and other industry and commercial verticals.

Jim is Board of Directors Chairman of the Construction Users Roundtable, where he continues to focus on leading transformational industry change to enable safer, more sustainable, more efficient, predictable, and profitable capital projects, portfolios, and operations across the globe.
