Kristina is a construction management professional with a decade of experience managing project data and teams on complex and large-scale ($500 million+) projects. She has held various field and home office assignments, allowing her to gain valuable insight into the industry’s challenges and needs.

She has first-hand experience implementing innovative tool integrations on projects to automate and enhance predictability throughout the EPC project lifecycle.

As the recipient of the Synchro Hackathon Award, she and her team identified a web-based tool that visually demonstrates project data.

Kristina, who supported 4D planning and digital practices at Bechtel, led the effort to develop a company-wide implementation guide that will be utilized on future projects as the standard for 4D planning and implementation.

Kristina continues to cultivate her passion to transform the construction industry through knowledge sharing and meaningful implementations. She takes a people-focused approach to help make digital construction and 4D easily consumable for all.

She has been a speaker on digital technologies and transformation at several events hosted by CII, Fiatech, CIRT, CURT NIRMA, and others.
