Over nearly 15 years in private sector Oil & Gas projects for Engineering and Construction, Nicole Carberry has played a key role in project delivery leading concurrent small projects as well as major projects up to $1B spanning multiple years. She is passionate about good project controls practice and the critical insight brought to project execution management by this data science profession.  

An advocate of ongoing skills development and knowledge sharing amongst practitioners, she works to cultivate the next generation of high-performance project controls leaders from within her teams.  In her current role, Nicole is focused on the implementation of project controls process and tools to deliver high standard project controls services across all projects.
