Amir is an infrastructure director and project leader with over 27 years of experience in executive management, project leadership & design engineering across vehicle and battery manufacturing, datacenters, oil/gas/chemical, mining, power, and heavy industrial sectors.

He is currently the Director of Utilities and Sustainable Energy Infrastructure at Ford Motor Co. Prior to Ford, he led the cross-functional design, construction, and PM teams of mega-scale infrastructure projects from initiation to start-up at major vehicle manufacturing and Chemical companies including Tesla’s Texas Gigafactory, Covestro and JGC.

Amir is a registered professional engineer in Texas, California and Ontario and holds a master’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Texas at Austin as well as a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Tehran.
