Title & Abstract

The Coming Revolution in Forensic Schedule Analysis

Forensic Schedule Analysis is a set of methodologies that help analysts determine why, from one schedule update to the next, the finish date moved.  Although this type of analysis is well-known within the project controls community, it’s generally quite time-consuming and thus expensive to perform the analysis.

Steelray has spent the past 5 years developing a new technology (Steelray Delay Analyzer) which promises to change the economics of forensic schedule analysis, making it as easy importing files and clicking on a button.

In this Session, Brian will explore the challenges and obstacles encountered in the development of this innovative technology and also demonstrate the tool to perform a forensic analysis on a set of schedules.
