Brittany Kaplan brings 15 years of diverse experience at Bechtel, spanning multiple functions and roles. While the majority of her career has been dedicated to project controls, she has also gained valuable cross-functional insights through a year-long rotation in field engineering and three years as a design engineer. This breadth of experience has deepened her appreciation for the critical role project controls play in coordinating and integrating complex projects.
Brittany has spent half her career in the field, contributing to various energy projects, including refinery expansions, the construction of Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) facilities, and ethane crackers. Her international experience includes two years on the Wheatstone LNG camp project in Australia, where she further honed her expertise in delivering large-scale, high-impact projects.
Brittany holds a Master of Engineering Management from Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University.
