Christine Mulholland is an experienced construction manager and data scientist with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and programs across various sectors of the construction industry. She is currently working as a Senior Manager at TD Thornton, where she leads a team of project controls professionals performing scheduling, cost control, project management, and reporting services for the Life Sciences, Education, and Infrastructure sectors.

With over a decade of experience in project management, Christine has developed a strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and quality assurance. Her approach to project management is data-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement and utilizing off the shelf as well as advanced technologies to streamline processes and increase efficiencies.

Christine holds bachelor’s degrees in both Architecture and Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo along with a Data Science certificate from University of California, Santa Barbara.
