Title & Abstract

Leveraging IoT for Automated, Real-Time Workforce Analytics

On average, Construction Labor makes up 40% of a project budget. Labor is also one of the most complex and hard to manage aspects for both owners and contractors. On many projects, teams record and track their labor data in a field app, an Excel spreadsheet, or worse case on paper. The challenge with any of these methods is that the data is subjective and open to the interpretation of the person collecting the data.

Join this session to learn how you can leverage IoT technology to automate the collection of workforce data in real-time to create an “objective truth” of who is working on site. Map this “objective truth” to your project schedule and to your compliance and reporting requirements for real-time, automated insights.
