Mr. Kranz is President of Enlightened Integrated Program Management, LLC.  Enlightened IPM, founded in 2015, is a consulting firm offering program management and engineering services to federal and industry organizations for the successful execution of complex projects and programs.   Providing integrated program management training and consulting related to integrated program management, earned value management, and agile development.

Mr. Kranz is President of the College of Performance Management (CPM) an international, non-profit professional organization dedicated to the disciplines of project management and performance measurement. We assist the earned value professional and project manager in professional growth and promote the application of earned value management. We are a growing body of professionals dedicated to managing projects on time and budget.

Mr. Kranz has over 38 years of experience as a program manager and systems engineer, successfully executing a wide variety of complex programs ranging from tactical fighter aircraft to strategic and tactical command, communications, and control systems across all services.  Mr. Kranz has both government and industry experience, including seven years of acquisition policy development and implementation within the Department of Defense.

Mr. Kranz has provides leadership and guidance on the implementation of Agile methods in a regulated environment.  He is a key contributor to NDIA and DoD advice on how to execute Agile programs in a regulated environment.

Mr. Kranz continues to improve the state of practice through his Integrated Program Management training and consulting practice.
