Jeff Collins is the founder and CEO of Innovative Management Solutions, Inc. (IMS), a company that has been at the forefront of project controls for over three decades. With a rich background spanning 35+ years, Jeff has been helping management in capital intensive industries reduce risk by enabling “Unparalleled Project Visibility” through Aligning Process, Technology, & People to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Before establishing IMS, Jeff honed his skills as a Project Controls practitioner and software developer, collaborating with leading organizations in the Energy, Chemical, Engineering, Construction, and Defense sectors. His ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver solutions set the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey.

Since its inception in 1993, IMS has been committed to working closely with clients to assess, design, build, deploy, and evolve their project management systems and providing the professional project management support staff to deliver their projects more effectively.

IMS has evolved into a prominent niche project management consultancy, servicing hundreds of clients. Jeff occasionally takes on roles as an Advisor, Engagement Lead, Subject Matter Expert, and/or Trainer. Additionally, he provided valuable insights as a paid advisor to Eagle Ray Software during the development and launch of the widely acclaimed Oracle Primavera P6 software.

In his latest endeavor, Jeff has spearheaded the development of IMS’ innovative Dashboard-as-a-Service offering, ProjectInfoCenter.
