Jeff Collins is the founder and CEO of Innovative Management Solutions, Inc. (IMS), a company at the forefront of project controls for over three decades. With 35+ years of experience, Jeff helps management in capital-intensive industries reduce risk by enabling “Unparalleled Project Visibility” through aligning process, technology, and people to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Before establishing IMS in 1993, Jeff worked as a Project Controls practitioner and software developer, collaborating with leading organizations in the Energy, Chemical, Engineering, Construction, and Defense sectors. Since its inception, IMS has been committed to working closely with clients to assess, design, build, deploy, and evolve their project management systems while providing professional project management support staff to help clients deliver projects more effectively.
IMS has grown into a prominent niche project management consultancy, servicing hundreds of clients. Jeff occasionally takes on roles as an Advisor, Engagement Lead, Subject Matter Expert, and Trainer. He also served as a paid advisor to Eagle Ray Software during the development and launch of Oracle’s Primavera P6 software.
