Lisa Castronova brings more than 38 years of experience in project controls, project management, and schedule development training and education to a wide range of organizations and projects to achieve on-time, within-budget completion.
She is a Senior Construction Manager with CDM Smith focusing on schedule reviews and delay analysis for multiple projects and programs, coast to coast, throughout the United States.
Lisa is an Army veteran who set aside her combat boots in 1994 to take on project control roles as a civilian with organizations including the Department of Defense, the City of Orlando, HNTB, Ranger Construction, Inc., Vecellio and Grogan, and CDM Smith.
She is an active member and newly assigned Secretary of the North Carolina Chapter, AACEi.
