Title & Abstract

Driving Technology and Innovation into Project Controls

Technology is available now for us to enhance our service offering in Project controls. From the simplicity of bringing all data into ‘one version of the truth’ to scalable solutions and reporting to using AI. In this presentation we will look at how simple it can be to introduce little changes to make big impacts in data integrity, reporting, and visibility in Project Controls, enhancing our delivery. We will also look at how using data and machine learning, we can provide analytics that will increase predictability in delivery through learning from past projects, overcoming unconscious bias and identify ‘unknown risks’.

Expected takeaways for attendees:

  • The power of truly integrated project controls
  • How ML can provide predictability and reduce risk in project delivery
  • Collaboration is key in driving our industry forward
