Ramani Sundaram is a successful cost estimating, and cost management professional with over 30 years of experience in various construction projects. His experience covers a wide variety of projects in both the private and public sectors He has worked with consulting firms, preparing cost estimates for various Rail Transit projects, Airports, and other commercial projects, providing innovative cost solutions to clients. He is currently working as ‘Director of Project Controls-Estimating’ at TY Lin International.
Mr. Sundaram has a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from India. He also has several industry recognized certifications like CEP, CCP, MRICS, and PMP. He is an active member of AACEI-NJ section and is currently serving as Vice President of NJ section.
He is also a thought leader and technical writer. He has published articles and technical blogs on various topics such as Change order management, Risk analysis, Life cycle cost analysis, and other topics related to cost estimating. His peer reviewed articles have been published in AACEI’s Cost Engineering Journal, and in other magazines.
