Dr. Regan is a native of California, who lives and works in the Czech Republic. He has over 35 years of experience in Project Controls, Quantity Surveying, and Project Management on projects in over 50 Countries and all 7 continents. He has  experience on projects in Petro-Chem, Capital Construction, Infrastructure, Hospitality, Power, and Nuclear Projects for successful implementation and Management of over $80 Billion in projects. Dr. Regan has over 20 years in presentations, as well as he authored books for AACE, ISO, Guild of Project Controls and supported Academic and Intellectual utilization, as well as being a guest lecturer, presenter for companies and Universities.

Dr Regan is a Lecturer at Anglo American University and has been a professor at International and US Universities.  Long-time member of associations AACE, Project Controls Guild, RICS, ICMS, ACostE, PMI, IPMA, IAPCMCS and other professional institutions and associations.

He has following Certifications:

Dr. Regan is currently the Marketing Director for ICEC 2 and Past Director Region 9 Europe, Africa, Central Asia for 2016 to 2018, International RD of the Year 2017, and Recipient of the O.T. Zimmerman Founders Award in 2009 for AACE.

He is a member of the ISO Standard 21500 TAG as US Delegate been a Supporting Author, Reviewer and Observer, as well a contributor for the ICMS Standard.
