Shelly is currently working for Dow Chemical as the Project Control Manager for FEL–1 Development Projects with the goal of better definition early on leading to improved delivery during execution.

She has over twenty years of experience working in various capacities in projects, development through construction, in the oil and gas and chemical industries.  In addition to Project Controls, she has worked in Benchmarking, Portfolio Analysis and Project Assurance.  She thinks one of the most important roles Project Controls plays is information gathering, and then distributing the information to the right team members.

Shelly is a Mechanical Engineer from Texas A&M University and has held her PMP since 2018.
