Reza Qorbani specializes in understanding how technology can solve business problems at scale. He has over 10 years of experience as Chief Technology Officer and Tech Advisor in building and managing software engineering teams while applying Scrum/Agile best practices across the organization. Reza has extensive experience in architecting, designing and developing enterprise-grade advertising platforms that has served many Fortune 500 companies such as Walmart, Verizon, Disney, AMEX, BoA, Microsoft, Citigroup, and IKEA. He has also designed, architected, and improved technology and infrastructure efficiency to increase scale while drastically reducing operational costs for large-scale projects including real-time bidding systems capable of processing millions of signals per second as well as Machine Learning and Big Data processes over petabytes of data.
 

As a Technology Officer and Tech Advisor within companies, one of my main responsibilities is to make sure projects delivered on schedule and within the expected budget. Without proper workflow with constant measurement and monitoring, you cannot guarantee the efficiency of your team which will lead to unexpected issues and surprises down the road.
