About
Subhash Tuladhar is Associate Commissioner of Project Controls at the NYC Department of Design and Construction (DDC). He oversees DDC’s risk, schedule and cost management practice as well as advanced data analytics. Subhash is an innovator, experienced in leveraging analytics in improvement of capital programs. He has experience working for general contractors, engineering firms, owners, funding agencies.
His 25 years’ experience includes buildings and infrastructure programs. Subhash is a Project Management Professional (PMI) and a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
He holds a MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Digital Transformation in Project Controls
Today’s digital age and rapidly emerging technologies are challenging the old norms and providing opportunities to drive rapid, step-change improvements in how capital projects collect, curate, and implement Project Controls data, transforming “oceans” of it into useful information enabling beneficial management actions.
This panel will explore how Digital Transformation in Project Controls is improving the quality, timeliness, and usefulness of the entire data environment on projects. However, these changes often are not easy to implement let alone standardize within or across businesses.
