She currently serves as the Divisional Manager of Capital Project Controls for the City of Austin, where she leads the development and execution of standardized methodologies to enhance the efficiency of the Capital Improvement Program (CIP).

Prior to her role at the City of Austin, Suchi held leadership positions at Duke Energy, Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E), and Jacobs, where she spearheaded project controls strategies, optimized cost and schedule performance, and mentored high-performing teams.
