Tyler Konter is experienced in Engineering, Project Management and Project Controls. He has been involved with a variety of Capital Projects in the Oil & Gas sector as well as large infrastructure and Nuclear Projects. Mr. Konter communicates effectively with peers, clients, and stakeholders and has a history of successful collaboration and team building to accomplish tasks and project goals. He also holds strong research and strategic analysis skills and possesses an aptitude for completing work assignments with a high level of personal accountability, teamwork, initiative, and quality.

Tyler’s selected accomplishments include:

  • Led Change Control efforts for the nation’s Uranium Processing Facility that resulted in increased efficiency and an EVMS compliant Program. Through Collaboration with Project Managers and Senior staff nearly 300 project changes were successfully implemented to better align the Project’s outcome.
  • Served as co-lead Cost Controller for ~$250M in Control Accounts for the Uranium Processing Facilities. These accounts encompassed all facets of the EPCM process and resulted in above average cost performance and EVMS compliance.
  • Performed detailed schedule analysis and subsequent alignment for a Major infrastructure projects resulting in on time completion. This analysis was also used for the successful mediation between Government entities and Prime Contractors.
