As the Managing Director of SchXer, LLC with more than twenty (20) years of valuable consulting experience in project controls management, including extensive experience in establishing project controls best practices and implementation of project and program office environments, methodology, framework, policies, procedures, and integrated control EVM processes.

Over two decades, breaking silos and build partnerships across functions and regions. Creating a sustained network of strong client relationships through representing clients through all phases of planning, design, execution, and monitoring has culminated in the successful completion of more than $250B in project revenue.

A dynamic leader with a successful record of managing and maximizing project controls strategies for owners, subcontractors, engineering, and construction projects across both government and private business sectors throughout the South and North American, as well as European regions. Gregory has meticulously executed projects primarily in the oil/gas, fossil-fueled power, nuclear, mining, semiconductor, and automotive industries.
