​Mark von Leffern has over 20 years of progressive experience in project controls, project, and program management. His experience encompasses a variety of industries, including highways, bridges, rail, aviation, renewable energy and electrical infrastructure, facilities, hospitals, aerospace, oil and gas and software.

Mark has led and supervised large teams of project control professionals and integrated project controls and project management best practices and systems into various project delivery methods (EPC, DB, DBB, PDB and CM/GC) for large multi-billion-dollar programs. His experience includes working with multiple stakeholders to define project requirements, overseeing and coordinating the development of detailed project plans and master schedules, establishing estimates and tracking project budget, preparing earned value analysis and establishing quality processes.

Mark previously served as on-site program manager over a large utility project controls contract in Southern CA and was previously the program manager over LA Metro’s Program Management Services Contract where the team provided support to Metro’s 40B transportation program, a complex program that includes rail, highway and facility projects.
