Christine McLean, Talent Solutions (Global) Ltd UK Office Managing Director has more than 20 years’ experience in the oil and gas, refining, nuclear, utilities, and various other industries focused on Project Controls for Cost, Planning, Estimating, and Risk.                                  

She is recognized as a global technical expert in Project Controls, a Fellow of her Professional institute and holds the highest qualifications in Project Controls.

Ms. McLean is experienced in bidding and in project execution for FEED, EPC and PMC contracts of major refining, petrochemicals, Nuclear and LNG projects, which are often multi-country/entity and multi-currency. She is an experienced Project Manager of high class, professional winning bids including technical, commercial, legal, finance, sales, and operations.

She is an ECITB accredited trainer and is registered as an Assessor for TASC (assessing Project Controls competence up to degree level). She has written and delivered training for the ECITB to be used by other companies for training as well as delivering both internally and externally to international clients in all aspects of Project Control, Risk Management and Commercial Management.

As the Director of Project Controls Training at Talent Solutions (Global) Ltd, she is responsible for the functional leadership in creating and delivering Project Controls training to cohorts ensuring they are upskilled in every Project Control discipline area, their skills are enhanced in understanding the whole project delivery lifecycle and their behavioral skills are improved.
