Greg Hodges is a seasoned Project Controls Professional with two decades of diverse industry experience. His journey spans across pivotal sectors such as telecommunications, nuclear power, and oil, gas, and chemicals.  

Recognized for his outstanding contribution to planning and metric analytics, Greg was elected as Bechtel’s Distinguished Specialist in 2021 and is an esteemed member of the AACE International. His commitment to excellence is further evidenced by his Six Sigma Yellow Belt and certifications in Primavera Versions 5 and 6. 

At Bechtel, Greg has made significant strides in improving project control practices, earning him multiple awards including the Bechtel Quality Coin and recognition for his performance during the FEED stages of the QCLNG Project.  

 Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Tarleton State University and excels in managing large lump sum projects, leading diverse teams, and fostering innovative solutions to complex scheduling challenges.  

 With his depth of knowledge and leadership skills, Greg continues to drive project success and mentor the next generation of project controls professionals.
