Joshua’s journey began with a strong foundation in programming and engineering, which he further developed through his education at Collin College and Texas State University, where he earned a degree in Construction Science and Management. His early career was marked by pivotal internships at Peinado Construction, Argos Concrete, Balfour Beatty, and Austin Commercial, where he transitioned into a Project Engineer role.
Throughout his career, Joshua has demonstrated a commitment to leveraging technology to enhance construction processes, whether it be through dashboards, custom applications, scripts, automation, AI, or SaaS evaluation and piloting. His expertise in data and technology culminated in his current role at Suffolk, where he oversees pilot programs for cutting-edge technologies and technology scaling.
Under Joshua’s leadership, Suffolk’s projects have become hubs of innovation, piloting technologies such as drones, robotics, laser scanning, IoT sensors, and AI tools. These initiatives have not only improved project outcomes but also established Suffolk as a technological leader in the construction industry.
