With more than fourteen years of experience across oil & gas and renewable energy generation, Kyle Foulkes has built a career focused on elevating project performance through data‑driven insights, practical process improvement, and building strong teams.

As a Project Controls Manager at Irving Oil, Kyle has led and scaled project controls teams supporting both small and large capital portfolios, introducing enhanced reporting frameworks, capacity‑planning tools, KPI structures, and best‑practice procedures for scheduling, estimating, and cost management. A subject matter expert in Oracle Projects, Primavera P6, and enterprise reporting systems, he has been a key contributor to organizational transformations in both engineering operations and capital project delivery.

Known for his ability to simplify complex challenges, Kyle is passionate about coaching, mentoring, and developing high‑performing teams.
