Mohamed Attia (Mo) is a senior Project Controls leader with over 18 years of global experience supporting large-scale, complex capital programs across life sciences, infrastructure, and industrial projects. He currently serves as Head of Project Controls – Americas, where he leads multi-disciplinary teams responsible for cost and schedule integration, risk management, governance frameworks, and organizational capability building.

Mohamed is known for building high-performing teams, implementing scalable project controls frameworks, and driving data-driven decision making through integrated reporting, risk management, and forecasting. With a civil engineering background supported by an MBA, he brings strong financial acumen to project delivery—bridging technical execution with strategic commercial insight. His experience spans the U.S., Middle East, and Africa, combining technical rigor with strategic leadership. He holds multiple PMI and AACE certifications and is passionate about advancing project controls excellence and developing the next generation of professionals.
