Welcome to the nomination process for the prestigious Project Control Summit 2025 Awards! We are excited to recognize and celebrate excellence across three award categories that highlight outstanding achievements in Project Controls and Project Management. These awards honor exceptional professionals and forward-thinking organizations that are setting new standards and driving innovation within the industry.

We invite you to nominate candidates who exemplify excellence and commitment to advancing project controls, technology innovation, and effective technology implementation. For the Project Controls Excellence Award, individuals can nominate themselves or other outstanding professionals. For both the Tech Innovation Excellence Award and the Tech Implementation Excellence Award, nominations are open to companies, allowing you to highlight either your own organization or another company that has demonstrated groundbreaking work in these areas.

We strongly encourage all applicants to complete the application form thoroughly and provide any supporting documents that showcase the nominee’s accomplishments and impact. Complete and well-documented applications give our selection committee a full view of each candidate’s qualifications, maximizing their potential to stand out. Incomplete applications may not be considered or may receive a lower score.

The nomination window closes on February 28, 2025, at 11:59 PM US Central Time. Once the nomination period concludes, our dedicated Awards Committee will review each submission to select the top candidates for each category based on specific criteria. These finalists will then be announced and proceed to a public voting phase.

In the final stage, the winners will be determined through a balanced combination of both expert and community input. The judges’ evaluations will account for 50% of the overall score, ensuring an expert assessment of each finalist’s qualifications and achievements. Public votes will contribute the remaining 50%, with the highest public vote in each category earning 10 points, the second-highest 8 points, and the third-highest 6 points. These public scores will be combined with the judges’ average scores to determine each category’s winners. The candidate with the highest combined score will be the winner, with the runner-up receiving special recognition.

Finalists will be notified and formally invited to attend our exclusive Awards Dinner Gala on May 7, 2025, where we will celebrate their accomplishments alongside leaders and innovators in the field. The winners of each award will be revealed during this elegant evening, receiving their awards amidst the industry’s most esteemed professionals.
