By agreeing to these terms and conditions and checking the agreement box during checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Once the payment is made, this agreement is final.
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all sponsorships of the Project Control Summit (“SUMMIT”) organized by EXCELLENCE ACCELERATORS LLC, doing business as PROJECT CONTROL ACADEMY (hereafter referred to as “PCA”).
PCA seeks sponsors for the Project Control Summit 2026 to be held at Margaritaville Lake Resort, Lake Conroe, Texas, USA from April 26 to 28, 2026. Sponsors (“SPONSOR”) obtain advertising and promotional rights in connection with the SUMMIT by agreeing to these Terms.
In consideration of the mutual agreements and benefits derived, the parties agree as follows:
Term
These Terms shall be effective from the date of agreement until December 31, 2026, unless terminated earlier as provided herein.
Sponsorship Packages
The SPONSOR may select from the following Sponsorship Packages, each entitling the SPONSOR to specific benefits listed in the respective package descriptions as outlined in the Sponsorship Prospectus.
Payment
The SPONSOR agrees to pay the specified fee for the selected Sponsorship Package. Payment must be made upon agreeing to these Terms. Once the payment is made, the agreement is final.
Sponsor Responsibilities
The SPONSOR will provide all necessary information and materials to PCA for promotional commitments. The SPONSOR grants PCA the right to use the SPONSOR’s logos, trademarks, and trade names for advertising and promotion during the term of these Terms.
PCA Responsibilities
PCA shall deliver the promotional commitments for the Sponsorship Package as outlined in the respective package benefits.
Sponsorship rights are non-transferable without prior written approval from PCA.
Cancellation requests must be in writing. Refunds will be provided as follows:
If the SUMMIT is canceled or postponed due to Force Majeure, the SPONSOR may transfer the sponsorship to new dates or receive credit for other PCA sponsorships.
Neither party will be liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond control, including governmental actions, acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or other causes outside of reasonable control.
Each party agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the other party from any loss, cost, or damage arising from breach of these Terms or negligence or willful misconduct.
These Terms do not guarantee specific results or future prospects for the SPONSOR.
Notices under these Terms must be in writing and may be sent via electronic mail, facsimile, or regular U.S. Mail.
Venue and Jurisdiction
Lawsuits to enforce these Terms will be brought in the county of PCA’s principal office. Jurisdiction and venue are waived accordingly.
Headings are for convenience only and do not interpret or construe provisions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is declared void, the remainder of the Terms remains in effect.
Amendments must be in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
These Terms constitute the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the parties, superseding all prior agreements.
