Tim’s remit includes ensuring the integrity of project cost forecasts, orchestrating change management, overseeing schedules and earned value measurement, and providing general project oversight. His leadership is further distinguished by a staunch commitment to safety and a rich background in various project execution models, encompassing EPC, EPCM, and more, under a variety of contract structures.

Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from James Madison University, Tim’s academic background lends a unique perspective to his role.
