Once you register for Project Control Summit 2026, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us with a special booking link to reserve your room at the exclusive conference rate.
Special Rate: $219 per night for a spacious 600 sq. ft. suite
Dates Available: April 25 – 29, 2026 (we recommend checking in April 25 and checking out April 29)
Resort Fee: Only $10 per night (regularly $45) — includes Wi-Fi, access to pools, waterpark, fitness center, mini-golf, tennis, pickleball, and more
Parking: Overnight self-parking for just $10 per night
Complimentary Breakfast: Available on April 27 and 28 exclusively for attendees staying at the resort

Getting to Margaritaville Lake Resort
Margaritaville Lake Resort, Lake Conroe, is located just about an hour north of Houston, Texas, making it easy to reach whether you’re traveling from out of state or right here in Texas.
By Air
The closest major airport is George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) in Houston, about 45 minutes to an hour’s drive from the resort. Houston Hobby Airport (HOU) is also an option, located approximately 90 minutes away. Both airports serve domestic and international flights, giving you flexible travel options.
By Car
From George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH):
Exit the airport and follow signs to I-45 North.
Continue on I-45 for about 30 miles.
Take Exit 90 (League Line Road) and turn left.
Follow League Line Road west for about 7 miles until you reach Margaritaville Parkway.
Enter the resort at 600 Margaritaville Parkway, Montgomery, TX 77356.
From Houston Hobby Airport (HOU):
Take I-45 North from Houston for about 65 miles.
Exit 90 (League Line Road) and turn left.
Continue west for about 7 miles to Margaritaville Parkway and the resort entrance.
Parking
If you’re staying at the resort, overnight self-parking is just $10 per night. For those not staying overnight, day parking options are also available on site.
Ground Transportation
Ride Shares & Taxis: Uber and Lyft are available at both Houston airports and can take you directly to the resort.
Shuttle or Car Service: Several Houston-based shuttle companies and private car services provide direct transportation to Lake Conroe.
Rental Cars: Both airports offer a wide variety of rental car agencies if you’d like the flexibility to explore the Houston area during your stay.
