April 26 - 28, 2026
Margaritaville Lake Resort, Lake Conroe, Texas
We understand that your busy schedule may not allow you to commit to 3 days at the conference. Now, you have a choice.
Project Control Summit isn’t just another conference; it’s a rare chance to step out of the daily grind and reconnect with what makes you powerful as a project professional: clarity, capability, and community.
For three days, you’ll be surrounded by people who speak your language. You’ll hear real stories and real lessons that help you think sharper, communicate stronger, and deliver with more confidence. You’ll discover practical tools and technologies in the Technology & Tools Expo, learn strategies you can apply immediately, and build relationships that can open doors long after the Summit ends.
A Day Pass makes perfect sense if you are in the Houston area and want the impact without the full commitment. Choose the day that matches your goals—whether you want a strong kick-start, a deep dive into technical learning and panels, or an inspiring close with recognition and awards. Even one day can reset your mindset, refresh your approach, and give you momentum you’ll take straight back to your projects.
Pick Day 1, Day 2, or Day 3 below and give yourself a full-day experience that’s worth far more than the ticket price.
Would You Like to Enjoy the Full Conference Experience?
If you’re able to attend more than one day, we highly recommend upgrading to a Full Conference Ticket for the complete Project Control Summit experience. With a Full Conference Ticket, you’ll get the full value of the Summit from start to finish; more technical sessions, more networking opportunities, more time in the Technology & Tools Expo, and the momentum that comes from being part of the entire three-day experience.
