About

Dianne Lee is an 18+ year construction industry veteran, as Executive Director of Business Development and Strategy for Kitchell, she is focused on initiatives that involve client identification and engagement, establishing industry presence and partnerships.  She is responsible for the development and execution of strategic initiatives, while working closely with the Executive Management Team to deliver on the strategic plan, advancing growth across all markets and services, while establishing market presence and visibility, creating opportunities for the firm, and securing partnerships with all stakeholders. 

Additionally, she is the author of Leveraging Stereotypes to your Advantage, in her book she shares her journey to success and the challenges she has had to face and overcome as an immigrant in America and how she has found her passion and voice and is now actively paying it forward.

 She currently serves on three (3) prestigious construction industry boards, she is the past president of the Asian American Architects and Engineers Association (AAA/e/e), is currently serving a four (4) year term as President Elect for the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Los Angeles Chapter and currently serves on the executive board of the Western Winter Workshop conference, a project controls focused organization.  She is also a national speaker for SMPS, Engineering News Record (ENR) Podcast and the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and is frequently asked to share her expertise in business development and client management. Additionally, she is a Certified Business Management expert (CBME), and a Certified Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leader (CDEIL).
