Dirck is a seasoned professional in project management and project controls, boasting over 30 years of experience across diverse industries. His areas of expertise include project planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and performance measurement. Recognized for implementing effective project control systems and methodologies, Dirck has consistently enhanced project efficiency and success rates.

Born in Madrid, Spain, to German parents and raised in Venezuela, Dirck’s multicultural background enriches his leadership style and fosters his ability to navigate diverse teams and global projects. Over his career, he has contributed to renowned engineering and industrial companies, including UHDE, Ferrostaal, TechFluor/TecnoConsult, and most recently, Honeywell. At Honeywell, Dirck has held several leadership positions within project management and project controls, significantly impacting PMO operations.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Dirck is a dedicated sci-fi enthusiast, particularly of Star Wars. He designs and builds fully operational droid replicas using advanced 3D tools and printers, complete with electronic controls to emulate those from the movies. He is also passionate about community engagement, often cosplaying for charity events and hospital visits to bring joy to others. To stay active and expand his network, he enjoys playing golf and pickleball.

Dirck holds degrees in Systems Engineering and Economics, along with a specialization in Operational Management from IESA. He is PMP certified, Six Sigma Green Belt certified, and Black Belt trained, further solidifying his reputation as a highly skilled and versatile professional.
