Ulviya Aghayea is an experienced Project Controls Leader with over 18 years of experience working in different capacities and countries.
She started her career in BP Azerbaijan and since that time worked for different companies like Chevron Phillips, Exxon Mobil, Lyondell Basell, and Albemarle. In her last 10 years, Ulviya worked in Malaysia, South Korea, Qatar, and the USA in the capacities of Cost Manager, Project Controls Manager, and Performance Manager.
Ulviya is a team leader and can manage a team of project controls professionals in different time zones, she welcomes and understands the concept of diversity and inclusion well.
She holds Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering (with honors) and a Master’s Degree in Economics (with honors) from Azerbaijan State Institute of Oil and Industry. She speaks 4 languages fluently: Russian, Azerbaijani, Turkish, and English.
