Registration includes access to the three-day Summit program, including keynote presentations, educational sessions, panel discussions, and expert-led roundtables, as well as the Expo Hall, networking opportunities, Welcome Reception, buffet lunch and coffee breaks as outlined in the program, the Summit app, a Certificate of Attendance, and applicable PDUs/CEUs. Optional, limited-capacity workshops are available through separate registration. Additional benefits vary by ticket type.

General Admission includes the full Summit experience. VIP adds premium benefits such as reserved front-row seating, VIP registration access, an exclusive gift, 1-year access to the Summit recording, access to the presentation slide decks, and additional PCA training credit.

Registering early gives you access to the lowest available registration rates and, once registered, the exclusive Summit hotel booking link for The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas. The special conference room rate is more than 50% below the hotel’s regular rate, and rooms at that rate are limited. Early registration also gives you more time to plan travel, secure approval, and organize your Summit experience.

Yes. Group registration discounts are available for teams of three or more, and Corporate Packages are available for organizations looking for additional benefits and visibility.

Yes. We provide a customizable Justification Letter to help you explain the value of attending Project Control Summit 2027, including the learning opportunities, professional development, networking, exposure to new ideas and solutions, and the practical takeaways you can bring back to your team and organization. 

Yes. International attendees who have completed and paid for their Summit registration may request an official visa invitation letter to support their visa application.

The letter will confirm your registration and provide the relevant Summit details. Please note that the invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval, and all visa decisions are made by the appropriate embassy or consulate.

We strongly recommend registering and beginning the visa process as early as possible, as processing times can vary.

Yes. Attendees can earn up to 20 PDUs / 2 CEUs, depending on participation and applicable requirements.

The official Summit hotel is The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas. Registered attendees will receive access to an exclusive booking link with a special conference rate that is more than 50% below the regular hotel room rate.

Attendees staying at the official Summit hotel will receive complimentary breakfast on Day 2 and Day 3 of the Summit.

Recording access depends on your registration package.

VIP attendees receive 12 months of access to the Summit recordings, along with presentation slide decks and available speaker resources.

If your registration package does not include recordings, you can also purchase Summit Recordings as an add-on during registration and receive access after the Summit.

This gives you the flexibility to revisit sessions, catch presentations you may have missed, and continue learning long after the event ends.

We welcome your spouse/significant partner to Project Control Summit. To register your spouse/partner for the event, there is a spouse/partner registration fee of $250, which includes access to the welcome reception, exhibition hall, amenities outside the conference hall, and lunch during the conference. 

Please note that the spouse/partner registration does not grant access to the sessions conducted in the main conference hall.

To ensure eligibility for the guest registration, kindly ensure that your spouse/partner is not a business partner, colleague, or friend, as we reserve the right to review eligibility for guest registrations.

As per the Texas State law, all attendees purchasing tickets for in-person events in Texas, such as conferences and trade shows, are required to pay 8.25% sales tax. This tax will be added to the ticket prices during the registration process, and the collected sales tax will be sent to the State Government accordingly.
Please be aware that the sales tax will be applied to all ticket purchases for Project Control Summit including those purchased by international attendees as the conference will take place in Texas.
