Application Deadline: September 30, 2026
Project Control Summit, hosted by Project Control Academy, brings together project controls leaders, experts, and practitioners from around the world to share real-world knowledge, exchange ideas, and help advance the profession.
We are now inviting experienced and engaging speakers to submit high-impact technical presentation proposals for Project Control Summit 2027.
Weβre looking for practical, technically strong sessions that help project professionals improve how they plan, schedule, estimate, control costs, forecast, manage risk, analyze performance, leverage data and technology, and deliver better project outcomes.
We especially welcome:
ππΌ Real-world case studies and lessons learned
ππΌ Technical methodologies and practical frameworks
ππΌ Innovative workflows, and implementation experiences
ππΌ Data analytics and performance insights
ππΌ AI, automation, and emerging technology applications
ππΌ Practical solutions to real project controls challenges
Preference will be given to presentations grounded in real-world application and experience, with clear takeaways attendees can apply within their own projects and organizations.
To maintain the technical focus of the Summit, we are not looking for motivational talks, general leadership or communication topics, career development, personal branding, broad project management presentations without a strong project controls focus, or sales/product pitches.
Project Control Summit is an international, in-person conference. Applicants should have prior speaking or professional presentation experience and be comfortable presenting to a large live audience.
ππΌ A video sample of a previous presentation, conference session, webinar, training, or similar speaking engagement is required as part of your application.
ππΌ Application deadline: September 30, 2026
ππΌ Speaking opportunities are limited, and submissions will be evaluated based on technical quality, practical value, relevance, speaker experience, and presentation delivery.
ππΌ Selected applicants may be invited to participate as technical presenters, panelists, or other session contributors.
ππΌ Presentation titles and abstracts may be refined in collaboration with the Project Control Summit team to ensure the strongest fit for our audience and overall program.
Project Control Summit is a fully in-person conference, and selected speakers are expected to attend and present onsite.
ππΌ Speakers are responsible for their own airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and other travel-related expenses.
ππΌ Selected speakers are required to register for the Summit and will receive access to a highly discounted speaker registration rate in appreciation of their contribution.
Please make sure you are comfortable with these arrangements and able to attend the Summit in person before submitting your application.
If you have practical experience, technical knowledge, and lessons that can help project professionals solve real challenges and deliver stronger project outcomes, we would love to hear from you.
Submit your proposal and speaking video sample by September 30, 2026.
We look forward to learning about your work and the insights you would like to bring to Project Control Summit 2027.
