Project Control Summit, hosted by Project Control Academy, is the premier global conference in project controls — a gathering where industry leaders, experts, practitioners, and professionals from around the world come together to share knowledge, spark innovation, and shape the future of our profession.

We are now inviting passionate, knowledgeable, and experienced speakers to submit high-impact presentation proposals for Project Control Summit 2027.

This call for speakers is specifically focused on technical project controls presentations. We are looking for practical, insightful, and technically strong sessions that help project professionals improve how they plan, schedule, estimate, control cost, forecast, manage risk, analyze performance, use data, leverage technology, and deliver better project outcomes.

Whether you have real-world project success stories, lessons learned, emerging trends, technical methodologies, innovative tools, data-driven insights, AI/automation use cases, or practical solutions to share, we would love to hear from you.

To ensure the highest value for our attendees, preference will be given to submissions that include real project examples, case studies, implementation experience, technical methods, tools, workflows, dashboards, data analysis, or practical frameworks that attendees can apply in their own projects and organizations.

Please note that we are not accepting applications for motivational talks, general leadership presentations, communication skills, career-growth topics, personal branding, or broad project management subjects unless they have a clear and strong project controls focus.

Speaking slots are limited, and all submissions will be carefully reviewed to ensure top-quality technical presentations.

Shortlisted applicants may be invited for a brief AI-based or virtual video conversation about their proposed topic before final selection.

Selected speakers may be confirmed as technical presenters, panelists, or session contributors at Project Control Summit 2027.

Presentation topics, titles, and abstracts may be refined in collaboration with the Project Control Summit team to ensure strong alignment with the Summit’s technical focus and audience needs.

A strong submission should clearly show the project controls challenge, opportunity, method, tool, workflow, case study, or technical insight being presented — and what attendees will be able to learn, apply, or improve as a result.
