The Project Control Summit will be held at The Westin Riverwalk Hotel. The address is: 420 W Market St, San Antonio, TX, USA 78205.
We highly recommend that you book your room at the Westin Riverwalk hotel in which we hold the summit. We have reserved a limited number of spacious rooms at a highly discounted rate of $139 per night that you hardly can find in top rated hotels in San Antonio. Book your room as soon as possible before the room block is sold out. Of course, you can stay in other hotels across the Riverwalk if you want to.
We have made a great deal with the hotel to provide you with highly discounted room rates. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Although September is a high season in San Antonio, TX and hotel rooms are more expensive during this time of the year, the group rate that the hotel has provided you is unbelievable. You will only pay $139 per night (normally $200+) for a room on the city side or $169 for a room on the river side. There are only a limited number of highly discounted room rates available. You want to arrive on Sunday, August 30th to checkin, take some rest, and register. We will also have a special opening ceremony and reception planned for Sunday evening. We will be spending each day in the general session meeting room area. Although, the recommended attire for the event is business casual, we encourage you to wear something comfortable as you will participate in some fun and interactive movements throughout the day. We recommend you bring a jacket or sweater, as the venue could be cool.
San Antonio, Texas is a tourist destination. So, you can certainly take your family with you to enjoy the Riverwalk area and nearby attractions. Your family members cannot, however, join you in the meeting area.
Summit Schedule
As for the conference timeframe, August 31-September 2, 2020, the dates are finalized. That was the only time that the hotel had availability in the window of September to November that we were looking for. Since San Antonio is the top city for hosting conferences in the United States, all of the venues in its tourist attraction area, Riverwalk, are booked years in advance.
The date was our initial concern as well. However, we realized that the labor-day long weekend in the US & Canada would fall one week later next year on Monday, September 7, 2020. So, the conference won’t fall on labor day.
Since speakers are very important to us and we are going to handpick the absolute BEST speakers in the industry, we need time to plan it properly. We have rigorous requirements for speakers to ensure you leave the conference feeling unstoppable and empowered with all the tactical strategies you’ll learn from each speaker. We will announce the speakers as we go. Please stay tuned.

Travel
The closet airport to hotel is the San Antonio International Airport (SAT). The airport is located about 8 miles north of Downtown San Antonio where the Summit is held.
The hotel offers valet parking for a fee. You can also park your car in a covered parking garage in front of the hotel which would be less costly.
We highly recommend that you book your room at the Westin Riverwalk hotel in which we hold the summit. We have reserved a limited number of spacious rooms at a highly discounted rate of $139 per night that you hardly can find in top rated hotels in San Antonio. Book your room as soon as possible before the room block is sold out. Of course, you can stay in other hotels across the Riverwalk if you want to.
You certainly can but we don’t recommend it. We invite you to join us for the reception and prize giveaway on Sunday in the evening as mentioned above. Plus, we will officially start the first day of the summit at 8:00 am on Monday. You don’t want to be late and tired, do you?
So book your room for checkin on Sunday so you have enough time to rest, get to enjoy the Riverwalk area in beautiful San Antonio, and attend the opening ceremony and reception in the evening.
Visitors traveling to the United States are required to be in possession of passports that are valid for six months beyond the period of their intended stay in the U.S.

Embassy Visa “Letter of Invitation”
If you need a Letter of Invitation for attending the Project Control Summit to present to embassy or US Consulate, please let us know by email at [email protected]. We will prepare the letter and send it to you by email within a week after you complete and pay for your registration.
In order to request an Embassy Visa Letter, you will be required to submit the following information:
- Passport Expiration Date (MM/DD/YYYY)
- Country of Issue
- Full name of person registered (last name as it appears in passport / first and middle names in full)
- Full personal address / phone / e-mail
- Purpose of attending the Project Control Summit, including whether you are a speaker/presenter, exhibitor/sponsor, or attendee
- Any other unique information required by your embassy (total costs of event, name of in-country sponsor, etc.)
We recommend that all Embassy Letter requests be made at least 3 months prior to the start date of the Summit.
Note: Refunds will be only granted to international attendees whose US visa application is denied. The refunds will be honored if we are notified in writing of the denial no later than 30 days prior to the Summit.

Yes, we will provide two coffee breaks during the day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Hot beverages (coffee/tea) and some refreshment will be provided during coffee breaks.
